30 day challenge

I have decided to join with some other oh-ers in a 30 day challenge. Here are my goals. I am planning to post my blog on Wednesdays and Sundays so here is post number 1. I am pretty excited. I am not focusing on weight loss numbers because I know that if I stuck with this plan the weight should come off. 
 
Here they are......
1) 90g protein
2) Drink 64oz of water
3) take all vitamins and supplements
4) exercise 3x a week (more would be great)
5) do not weight or measure myself - except for tomorrow start day. I am getting a little too obsessed. I need to focus on being healthy and not just dropping weight.
6) blog at least twice a week about thoughts and lessons learned.

As I said in number 5 I am a little scale nuts. I am going to the gym for my appointment with the trainer and she going to weight and measure me and that will be it for 30 days.
