Finally below 240

I finally have broke 240.  I am at 236 and the weight is coming off SLLLOOOOWWWWLLLLYYYY.  Driving me insane.  I am working out, I have been tracking my food, and eating between 300-500 calories a day, protien in the 90's, and hardly any carbs.  I am not sure why it is not falling off faster.  If you have any insight let me know. 

On the positive side, I just bought my first pair of size 18 jeans.  Not womens, but Misses.  That is a very good feeling.  I just wish the scale would budge a bit faster.  I seem to yo yo.  Up and down. :(
