"I went to the required orientation in September. It was very informative and the surgeon was very straightforward. The staff is great. The Nurse Coordinator is a WLS patient herself and very helpful. There are alot of hoops to jump through, and they are very stringent in their requirements. I feel very comfortable with the staff and they have an incredible record. The process would be nice if they were a little more streamlined, not taking quite so long to fill all the requirements."
