Good morning,
Im back and in need of help...... i am 4yrs post op an i have maintained my weight for 2yrs as of last friday, need to shed more pounds so whoever is reading this please help me getting back on track. I havent lost havent gained..........

from 286 to 279lbs.


Arms-   17 1/2"
Wrist  -  6 3/4"
Breast - 52 1/2"
Waist-    46"
Thigh -    27 3/4"
Ankle-    9 1/2"
Hips-      51 1/2"
Neck-     16 1/2"

 

Good morning to all,
Here is an update, well yesterday I went to see the doctor for my 6wk Follow-up. He told me that I was doing great and right on target. I have lost a total of 33lbs since surgery.
 
I walk 2miles  a day 3 to 4 days a week. My hardest thing is trying to get enough protein in.......

As of today I am down to 286. My starting weight was 309 as dated the date of my surgery. I am happy.

Hello all I still want to thank everyone that has sent me comments and said a little prayer for me. As of yesterday I am 2wks post op. I had my doctors visit today and I have lost a total of 23lbs. I am so excited. I have been on the liquid diet for 4wks because I had to do 2wks of liquids before surgery and 2wks after. So I was excited that I am now on solid foods.Hooray..........

I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. I came out of surgery without any complications. I was released from the hospital on Thursday I only stayed in the hospital 2days... I was @ River Oaks Hospital in Houston and the Staff and my doctor I must say was wonderful. I didn't have a drainagage just 6 inscisoins. Right now I am just in the healing process. I had very good support from family, friends and church members. I will update my pictures at a later date.......

I am catching hell on this liquid diet thing. It is a mind thing I am really struggling to get through this I have to do this for 2wks this is the second wk.......Pray for me!!!!!!!!!   

Yesterday I went for pre-admittion. I had to do blood work, chest x-ray, ekg, and weight. From Feb. 11,08 I lost 4lbs. Mind you I started my liquid diet on Feb.24,08.  It is a struggle ready for my surgery. March 11,08

As of yesterday I was informed that my date for surgery will be on March 11,08, I start my liquid diet on February 24, what a journey........I am ready

Going to pick up my CPAP machine today............
