"My first impression of Dr. Throop was that I thought he was friendly but a little shy. He was very informative and answered all my questions. This was done in a manner I could understand meaning not a lot of medical terms you'd need a dictionary to figure out what he was talking about.
I didn't feel like I was being rush out of the examining room either.

After care is a must and that was clear from the very begining.
