"Dr. Burch and the whole staff are excellent. He made me feel at ease from the beginning and I never felt like I was being rushed or just another number. You can tell that he truly cares about you as a patient and as a person. His nurse, Tony, is awesome and one of the best I have ever seen.
The only complaint I have is where Dr. Burch performs his operations. He works out of the Boston Medical Center and I was not impressed at all with the care after my surgery. But, that is no reflection on Dr Burch, he is outstanding and highly recomended."
"I got what I needed, but felt like I was a number and not a person. I had to ask to have bedding changed after two days, a new "johnny" after two days, and get my dressings changed after two days. There were people constantly in out of the room non stop 24 hours a day making it difficult to rest. The staff did not seem to care that my roomate was loud, annoying, rude, and selfish despite my requests for them to speak to him. I was not impressed at all with this hospital."
