Hey everyone 9 months out and have lost 194 lbs went from 425 to 229 and doing great. I only have 29 more lbs to go to get to me

goal. Wishing everyone the best... till the next up date .

 

Hey everyone just a note about how things are going and it is great. Went for my 6 month check up and doing great have lost 158.9 lbs. I tell you that this has been the best for me and a better way of life. I just love it wish I had done this 10 years ago.. Hope the best for everyone.  

Hey everyone 2 months out and I am down 87lbs feeling great. Had some issue with stomach upset  first 2 or 3 weeks out really didn't want anything to drink and nothing to eat of coarse and couldn't get my 90g of protein and victims down was hard but it going better now still hard to get 90 to 100g of proteins in cause I really don't want anything , I am getting all 64oz + water down and only water, nothing else taste good . Eating tuna, chicken mostly and eggs some. Anyway just wanted to write down somethings that are going on for now. Later y"all
