Rn1Day
I started struggling with my weight when I was a senior in high school. Up until my senior year I was involved in multiple sports so my emotional eating did not affect me. When I graduated from high school in 91' I was 5'2" and weighed around 200. I moved to Las Vegas to live with my Mom and slowly started to lose a little. In Jan 93' wanted to enlist in the Navy and they told me in order to enlist I would have to get down to 145. I was on a mission and by May of 93' I lost the weight and left for boot camp. Over the next 7 years I went through a lot of emotional crap and again my weight slowly increased. This time I was up to 220. Depressed, heavy and now going through a divorce I moved back home to start my life over. Over the next 10 years my weight was up and down. Never dropping below 175, at my heaviest I was at 235 and knew that I had to do something. I saw some pics of a friend of mine who lives in Nebraska and asked her how she lost so much weight. She told me she had the lap band surgery and that is when I decided to look into it. I went to the information seminar the 1st week of August 2010 and had my surgery on Sept 21 2010...
