Hello, Renee had her lap RNY surgery yesterday at Atlanta Medical Center, and she is doing great. She was up and walking a few hours after she was brought to her room. She had a few rough moments in the afternoon and the evening, but said this morning was a bit better. I look forward to seeing her realize all her dreams and meet all her goals. Renee, Well, your surgery day is here.. the day you have dreamed about for 10 long years.. yes, it is really true and happening. I am so proud of you for your new diet strategies, exercise strength, and know that you will go far and be very successful.. You rock.. and you inspire me to get back on track.. Just know that guardian angels will be surrounding you and your team.. also know that I will be there for you to do whatever you need for as long as you need ... love Gina

Hi Renee, We haven't heard much from you lately on the GA board. Hope all is going well now that your surgery day is finally here. There is another Renee that is having her surgery at the same hospital on the same day with Dr Hobson's partner. Be on the look out for her. She is a doll. Best of luck to you. Both you and Dr Hobson (my surgeon) will be in my prayers tomorrow. Hope to hear an update from you soon. I will try to stop in to see you after your surgery tomorrow.
