It's finally here; my 3 yr annivarsy man how time flys.  I am still maintain my weight. I stepped on the scale yesterday an Im at 178lb which is cool. I so thought I had gained a little back. The truth is that I still dont eat enough to gain..I have been maintaing everything else..I;m in a Happy Place in the life where nothing would be possible with God him self.  I'm so happy that I had surgey..I am a new person....until next time
