Today is my first day off clear liquids and I seem to be having trouble with it. I had a 4 oz vanilla yogurt and felt kinda rough for a couple of hours.  It wasn't a full feeling, more like a "something is stuck in the bottom of my eosophogus" feeling.  And there was some burning.  Does anybody have any suggestions?  Am I maybe eating too fast, too much, all of the above?

I am finally having the surgery.  I'm scheduled for 12/29 with Dr. Alvarez..
