I bought a stationary bike today.  Can't wait to put it together and start riding.  Hopefully I can sweat the weight off faster.

Work is stressful lately.  They just laid off 70 people and I'm eating little extra lately.  It's making my stomach hurt and I don't know how to stop.  Feels like I'm getting back to my old habbits.  Someone knock some sense in me. 

My hair is getting longer, but it's also falling out at the same time.  Good thing I have lots of hair to lose.  I will never go bald.  My clothes are falling off me.  Sooo long 30's.  I 'm almost a 22/24 ...I'm heading for the thrift shop.  I hate to buy clothes if I'm going to continue to lose weight.  Waste of money.  It's raining out and my jacket fits me like a blanket.   My coworkers keep asking.. When are you going to buy new clothes? 

It feels great to eat, and get full fast.
