So I'm trying to diet and exercise before surgery but I'm not doing as good as I would like! I went today for an appt with my surgeon and he said next month we'll schedule my surgery date for probably end of March and all my pretest before surgery!!!  But  also 10 days before surgery he wants me to do an all liquid protein diet, and I can't stop thinking about it, if I can handle not eating for 10 days. I just keep thinking my poor family
