I met the most wonderful man and married him 20 years ago. We have two wonderful, amazing and beautiful daughters, 16 and 14 years old. My oldest is the spitting image of me and has my personality. My youngest has the most beautiful auborn color hair and freckle faced. What a contrast from my olive and dark hair.
I tried different WL programs and had great success. As with many others who struggle, as soon as you stop the program the weight creeps back. I am an emotional and boredom eater. My weakness is potatoe chips and coffee. I am scheduled for a consult with Guelph and then hopefully surgery next year. My GP is against this form of weight loss as he believes it is starvation. I told him, I wanted a tool that would work for the rest of my life. I deserve to be happy and I have struggled and did not choose this lightly. I go in with a clear vision of what is to come and what my life will be like - I will be healthy and happy.
