well its been a long time ...Adrianah will be two in a couple weeks ...she is a ball...we are moving to kentucky starting a new life retired...tiffany got married...so much has happened...

Adrianah will soon be 16 months old hard to believe...shes trying to sing her ABCS and can say heather and jesus ..hard to say at that age but she can...she is a joy to me so much... wieght has not changed much for me hopfully this summer it will fall again if not im happy....

Adrianah will be one soon .Hard to believe it has already been a year...i love her so much...Ive gained ten pounds cant seem to lose it but im not giving up...

Today is aug 19th Adrianah will soon be nine months ,,growing so much,, I love her so much...joy to us all.  my apitite has returned and I barly feel any restriction...I maitain pretty good but would still love to get to 140lbs...hopefully some time

we had a wonderful easter today.. had our pic taken the past week ..adrianah sure has grown  shes 4 months now.. tiffany and i are stable in our wight loss which to lose 20 more hopfully..

my family and I joined the aquitic center this week..so Im hoping to get to my goal wieght ..I went to logans steak house last night and was able to eat the whole plate and no rescrition>Had top silone and bake potatoe and mushrooms two breads..man some times I wonder if lap band would of been better for then you can get fills to have rescritions  but I m maintaning my wieght still no problems there..so I guess thats not bad...Adrianah is three months now ..growing so much wieghts is thirteen pounds...shes a doll

Im freezing...I love taking care of adrianah..she is a sweet ,sweet baby..makes my day...my wieght fianlly starting to fall again..yeaaaaa

well im floating between 159 and 162 ..but plan on joining the acautic center next week and going to go work this rest of my wieght off .. well gary and i have become proud parents to Adrianah Destyni....She was born on Nov 22 2008 Heather and Tiffanys friends Richie and Leanna asked us to become her parents ...so we went to court and it is done./...She is such a blessing to us...

well,Tiffany may have a twisted intestant .so Friday they will go back in and look to see....Dr. Mattar is so caring ,Im glad the lord lead us to a wonderful man and surgern...Im doing ok.I get very tired but Im making it...

Im now at 159 going down again ..Yeaaaa..I want to get to135 but at least 150..notice I can eat more so wacthing that...
