sorry that i havent post on here in a while. i have been really busy with work and geting all my of my next surgerys approved.. omg it has been a pain in the butt lol.. anyways i had a paniculectomy done back in april 28th of this year, and tomorrow i will be having a bilateral reduction mammoplasty. i was approved for having the extra skin removed from my arms and thighs as well but those will be latter. i am so excited for the surgery tomorrow and the other ones that i will have eventualy... i am really nervous about the one tomorrow, but i will be fine.. not sure what time i have to be at the hospital and when my surgery time is yet wont find that out until latter today when i have to call them and find out. they are gona have me stay over night then i get to go home Friday if there were no complications during and after surgery. really i am just nervous with this one is because with my paniculetomy i had a problem 2 days after surgery with my hemaglobin geting really low causing me to pass out in the bathroom at the hospital. thank god that i was able to regain conciousness and was able to get back to my bed and call for a nurse, i dont know why i just didnt pull the cord in the bathroom lol... but that is why i am nervous i dont want anything like that to happen to me again. well that is all i will post stuff latter friday.

hello all sorry that i havent been on in a while.. i have been busy and me and my fiances computer crapped out on us a while ago, and now we just got our computer back today. well the updates are that i am down to 210. i have plateaued on losing weight and havent lost any for a while. so we went with going to try and get the skin removals surgeries with my insurance. went through 4-5 months of monitoring for skin rashes and supprise that i didnt have rashes, so they did the next thing that they can think of, took pictures of all of the excess skin that i had. about a month latter i went to my surgeon to get an update on where we were on with the insurance. they have denied it, but the amazing surgeon that he was he appealed their decision and got back to me a week ago and told me that my insurace had finaly approve all of the surgeries that im gona be having done.. last month on the 23rd i had panniculectomy done... surgery went great... until the 2nd day after surgery, they were gona send me home the 2nd day but they gave me the option to stay another night and go home the next day.. well i told him that i wanted to be on the safe side and that i wanted to stay another night to be on the safe side.. and a good thing that i did.. that night i got up to go to the restroom got part way to the toilet, started to get light headed i tryed to make it to the bed but didnt make it back in time, i blacked out and woke up on the floor. i was able to crawl back to the bed and call for help. they came down to my room and was able to get me back to the bed and called the surgeon and told them to order blood work and check my hemaglobin they told me that they wanted to see it at least at 10 or above. my hemaglobin was down to 3. so they got to working on geting me started on blood transfusions. i had 2 drains in and between the both of them they put out 1500 of blood out before the bleeding started to slow down. they checked it a couple of hours latter and it was up to 10, the next day they checked it again it went back down to 5, so they had ordered more transfusions, this time besides the blood they had ordered that they give me f.f.p- fresh frozen plasma so that it can help stop the bleeding. well it did the trick they checked it about 2 hours it was up to 11 and the next day they checked it the next morning and it only went down to 8.. i was so thankfull.. after all that was said and done i had 4 blood transfusions and 2 f.fp's. i was in the hospital for 6 days, but im glad that i didnt go home early or it could of been bad. and now here i amtoday gona be 1 month post op friday doing good and loving my new tummy.no drains got those out a week latter after i got out of the hospital. though now once a week i have to go get the blood drained off but i dont mind.. well anyways looks like i have to go through 3 more surgeries when its all said and done.. im not sure what they are wanting to do for the next surgery, i guess i will find out in july he is wanting me to heal before the next one.. well that is all sorry that this is long over due..

update and im falling apart
Nov 09, 2012
well i am down to 264 lbs. for a total of 100 pounds lost yay me.. now for the falling apart par... went to see the hand specialist today i have been having pains in my thumb for quite a while now... found out that i have joint laxity in my thumb.. baisicaly what that means is that i can do some funky stuff with my thumb that i am not suppost to be able to. so they gave me 2 options on how they can treat the pain. 1 is that they can do more cortisone shots in the joint and have me wear a brace constantly and the 2nd option is to do surgery and go in and do a graph of a tendon in my wrist and take it up to the joint and create a new joint with the tendon to help it.. well i took the 2nd option route.. i cant take the pain any more.. so lucky me this is going to be now a 3rd surgery this year yay.. oh well its got to be done.. well that is all
