I loved it!!!! It taught me alot ....i have a lot of comfort in knowing that my Pre-op is a like a supervised diet!!! Therefore I know what im doing wrong!!! Everyone else in my class was probably getting all pissed that i was asking to much damn questions!!!! Ooh well...i paid 20 bucks and was planning to get everything from it!!!! Did you know that a package of saimen is supposed to feed 3.5 people!!! How the hell you figure that out!!!! OOh and i started my diet today...so far i had eaten 365 calories!!!! Arent you proud of me!!!! I know I know...i will be rolling out the red carpet out very soon!!! haha!!!! Other than that, I set out to buy my PEDOMETER TODAY!!! Oh and i set up a date with all the neighborhood children...we are playing basketball tonight!!! whOOoHuuuUUu!!!! Well till next time....C A L O R I E AwAy!!!!!!

OMG!!! I Did My PsYC Eval Today!!! It was so so fun!!!! but the best part, Is I was trying to give her all my life's drama's....and im still not crazy!!!!! So i went home, and i shoved it in all my families face!!!! Lmao!!!! I was on a natural high all day yesterday since i did it!!!! In fact, half the time she was laughing.....but the only bummerz part was that they didnt have me lay in a chair and say "Okay, how are you feeling today?" and the "Why are you feeling that way?" questions!!!! I swear I would of came back with some Madea Goes to Jail replies!!! lmao!!! Other than that, i just waiting to go to my dietian class on Thursday...cuz i so dont know how to eat....((Well...Obviously!!!)).....until then........PORTION AWAY!!!!

Okay, Prior to my inital appointment with queens i am required to submit a weekly log of what i eat!!!! And God damn, I eat alot!!! all i can see is rice meat, rice, meat, saimen, and soda!!! WTF?!!!!? I can already see my problems!!! lmao!!!! Luckly for me, I dont have to write quantities!!!! Im not changing anything in my eating habits until I see my nutritionist...i have alot of problems with eating habits and want to show them exactly what i have been doing to get this way!!! Other then that....im so excited for my appointment date!!!! IM READY TO ROLL!!!!!

Inital Appointment Drama!!!

My doctor sent the referral to Queens so we can go ahead on the process. However, we hit a speed bump!!! Lynn (such a wonderful girl) explained to me that although HMSA covers the sugery and the process the health center is not associated with Queens program. Anyways, it was something about the health center will only accept refferrals who have an association with them and queens didint....and didnt want too. So i changed my health Center and it will take affect on March 1, 2009 and i will have my inital appointment on March 5, 2009!!!! Yay!!! Im so excited....i keep on looking at everyones profiles.....

Okay!!! So, I went to the Queens Meeting On January 28.09. After the meeting they said that they will call in a week. I know im little impatient but Wheres My Call !!!!!! How can i be so damn impatient. Anyways pushing my drama aside, I met a new OH friend and she was telling me how she got a initial appointment with the surgeon at pali momi. That was quick, we just started out and shes already seeing a surgeon. So, i decided to call them too....And it turns out that i have a appointment with the surgeon also on March 11.09!!! Hooray!!! I kinda feel sucky that i didnt even give time for Queens to get started...but another OH member told me that it took 7 months with queens hospital!!!! And i told her about my wedding ....and she said hopefully they can bring the dates up....you'll never know! that kinda scared me....So right now....here i stand waiting for a call from queens and an inital appointment with Pali Momi!!!!!

Its been about a week that i have been searching about WLS after my doctor told me to consider it. Since then i have been researching it to the fullest!!!! Thats how i found this site!!! Im getting...wait....I am addicted to OH!!! lmao!!!! Anyways, funny thing happened today....I decided to call Queens after seeing that the have monthly free presentation. I spoke to Linda (true local sistah) and she told me just to swing on by....even though you suppose to have an reservation. And the meeting is tonight!!!! Then after making the call, around lunch time....my doctor called me. We discussed the liver ultrasound and ekg that we took. He also asked me if i considered the WLS. So i told him about my EXTENSIVE research and what i felt about it....then I told him "ironically i have signed up for the Queens presentation tonight to find more information". He was so shocked!!!! So he told me go ahead and go to the meeting, and if I will consider it ...he will sign all the nessary paperwork and refferal!!! Isnt GOD so awesome....everything is falling into place!!!!! I cant believe it!!! Hopefully i will have my sugery in less than 3 months so i show some weight loss for my wedding on FEB 13, 2010!!!!! IM so excited...I will let you know what happens tonight!!!! OOOh and my main questions is....what makes a perfect canidate for WLS???.....I hope having a fatty liver wont disqualify me!!!!! (((fingers-crossed)))!!!!
