Samara, Congrats.. sweetie.. just take one day at a time. Don't try to do too much and once. I have not had my surgery yet, but I have had open heart surgery so I do know a little about surgery etc.. You will do fine.. Keep us posted ... OK? Ta Ta for now. Hugs Carol

SAMARA! I will be thinking of you tomorrow! It is such an emotional time! Just remember...each and every emotion that you are feeling is very normal...it is a grieving process as well as the first step to a better, healthier life! I am so excited for you! I am 15 wks out from a lap RNY and am down 67#. 4 more #'s and I will be under 200# for the first time in a very long time! It is hard work....both emotionally and physically...but it is ALL WORTH IT! Just keep your eye on the prize! Good Luck tomorrow! Sheri
