"I have had many experiences with hospital and I found that Mount Carmel had the most caring, attentive, supportive nurses. The nurses and staff were so VERY friendly. I wasn't happy about the parking however, was told that we would receive a parking voucher, and when I went to be discharged and was told that was only on "outpatient" surgeries. Not going to give a hospital a bad rating because of parking, but if the get that communication error fixed, this was best hospital I have ever been to!"
