Revisiting Liquids

I've been in a major stall since Thanksgiving. Absolutely my fault with all of my holiday baking and extra food sampling. I suppose I should be greatful I didn't really gain anything. I decided to do liquids for 5 days and get myself back into the routine of things. I made it 3.5 days before I broke down and had a 1/4 cup of chili, which was amazing. I think I got things rolling again and have lost about 6 pounds this week. Hmmmm you mean protein is better for ya than cookies, wow who would have known.
