PSYCH CONSULTATION SCHEDULED

Never thought I'd be excited to have a psych consultation but guess what?!  I set my first appointment with Dr. Sabapathy today for December 20th.  One more check mark I can make on my list - AND I'm excited to get to talk to him. Yayyyyy

I was very surprised when I got a call from the dietitian today asking if I was free to come in a few weeks earlier! Sooooo, my first appointment will be December 5th instead of December 19th.  Now I hope I can just get my appointments going with the psychologist as soon as possible.  I am hoping to schedule them for the same day as the dietitian but I am not going to hold my breath.  The 5th is next week!  I am excited that things are moving fast at this point.

GETTING SOME APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED

I scheduled my first appointment with the dietitian today.  It will be December 19th.  I am suppose to hear from the psychologist within the next 5 days to schedule an appointment with him.  It's been much quicker than I had expected.  I was worried I would just be waiting for 6 months and then when I finished my physician supervision I'd have to spend another 6 months completing the other requirements.  This seems like a good indication that will not be the case and hopefully it all will be completed by mid-April.  Thanks to everyone else for documenting their stories!  I learned so much from reading them and from watching videos.  I hope that someone out there who is starting this process of decision making like I was just a few months ago will find my information, as well as everyone else's, helpful.
