Hello Staci; I just wanted to add my good wishes on your upcoming surgery date! The worst part passes quickly, and then it's all downhill and downscale from there (hehehe). Try to stay calm and remember that this is the best thing you'll ever do for yourself - don't let the second thoughts get to you - we all have them! My prayers will be with you and your family!

May you sense God's presence and get through surgery with no complications and recovery without much nausea. May your nurses be sensitive to your pain, and your body heal quickly. Staci, I am 8 days post-op and doing good (Down 11 lbs). I am tiired of clear sugar free liquids but only 6 more days to soft protein. The time will pass faster than you think until your surgery. My DH got cold feet about me having the surgery but then was fine. I know it is so hard to stay on the diet but the more you do it the easier it gets. God's Blessing to you and your family.
