It my birthday in a few days and i wanna party But that might include sippin on a lil drank or two or three its my 24th bday and i wannna have fun but will it hurt me in the long run ive stuck to my liquid diet (4weeks) and im losing the weight since starting ive lost 27lbs but i wanna drink can someone help me out and let me know if this will harm me or not be a good idea........
