hello my name is Sheila im 48 yrs old, deaf and read lips so well most people cant tell...
i have always been a lil over weight but then after i had 3 kids that did it and the more i try to lose weight, i will lose but i always gain that all back plus another 10 lbs or so...have had a bad sweet tooth, i used to blame it on having kids in house and them having to have this and that but ive got kids out on their own so i was kidding my self, it wasnt then it was ME!!! and until i came on this site i didnt realize how bad it was but now i am seeing the errors of my ways, i went to Dr H. seminar in Feb. got my Psychic done in Feb but my 1st appt isnt till Aug 29th..now i find out we have to do 6 month supervised diet so i started that June 25th,,,so things are looking up now....
