Just finished my 1st consult for psych eval. Did bloodwork last week. only thing left is to finish the psych assessment and do the cosnult with the nutritionist which is tomorrow. By end of next week I should have completed all my requirements. Just waiting on Approval from Insurance. They have been very helpful no problems. Only thing causing slow downs is TIME, I know I should take it one day at a time but to see this move so fast you want it to move even faster. I will be there soon. Whew.

Just got back from  Dr. Jawad's office. normall driviing long distances makes me sleepy but not  today, because I'm now starting my life over. Hopefully everything will go as smoothly as everyone says it does in his office. I want to have a better me by Xmas. Hopefully my dream will come true. Looking forward to hearing my request was approved for the RNY.

There has been a lot of information going back and forth. I appreciate all who has posted your experiences. I look forward to posting my journey to becoming a loser.

This is my first blog on OH. I've taken the first step toward a new and better life. I attended Dr. Jawad's seminar on WLS and felt a cloud lift from around me. I want this surgery to be successful after struggling for the last 10 years to lose this weight.
