Hi I'm Shannon. I'm 32 and have struggled with my weight pretty much all of my life. I am currently in the frustrating process of trying to get approved for WLS. As I deal with this I'm also dealing with advanced Degenrative Disc Disease and I need a 3 level fusion of my L2,L3 & L4 . This has been put on hold until I have my gastric bypass. Needless to say I am in constant pain and my life has been drastically efeected by this. As I get comfotable I will put more of my story up for everyones view, but I have been encouraged by reading all the stories of so many great people who have been in my shoes and have come out strong on "the other side"!
