"My last pre-op appt with Dr. Otero was great he answered all of my last minute questions:) rnrnI guess he seen how scared I am about having the surgery, and he just made me feel like everything was going to be ok. When Dr. Otero and I was done talking he gave me a big hug and said the next time I'll see u will be in Surgery.rnrnDr. Otero staff is Great!!!!!! Ann Timerlake the head nurse is so nice I can e-mail her questions about anything and she always response back quickly.rnrnAnn also handled all of my disabilty paperwork. I love his staff they are all so nice."
