Question to all 1 year + POST-OP bypass patients;
- What is your typical daily food intake usually consist of?
- How much are you able to eat? (for example: subway lol)
- Have you had any weight gained back since your surgery?
- What are the worst habbits you have/had and how did you change for the better?
- Do you think you eat too much or too little?
- What exercises help you the most?
- Have you had any other complications or bad experiences?
- Any words of wisdom lol?
I'm struggling and I need tips or advice from people who've been where I am right now?
I really want to turn my life around and better myself so I can have the strength to succeed.

I didn't want to start off this blog negatively.. but I have been really miserable the last few weeks.
I haven't weighed myself in about a month, but I know I had gained weight. I went down to 211, now I am around 225 :(
I honestly feel like I'll never hit 175, for those who don't know, I am 14 months post-op Gastric Bypass.
I've lost 140 pounds so far...
I can go on and on and name all these mistakes i'm making everyday!
- not taking my vitamins
- not taking my thyroid pills
- drinking soda (i was 2 years sober from soda, now I have it a couple times a week :O)
sooo disappointing!
- i eat and drink at the same time
- i am suffering from iron defficiency
=/ its just been bad for me lately, and thats why i came here for support.
I feel like no one in my day to day life understand or can even comprehend what i'm going through.
I really wish I new a support group around my area to attend.
is anyone having this problem?
