Im 24 years old and have a very busy life. Basically after many weight loss attempts that have failed I finally came to reality that I need something permanent in my life. Something that I couldnt slip and make mistakes on as easily, or jump on and off of the diet when ever I choose. Im just beginning in this long and narrow journey but I plan to keep every thing updated every step of the way!
