Today my heart breaks because I was 6 wks pregnant and we miscarried yesterday, but through the pain there is still some joy in knowing that today at 10 months out, I am at my personal goal of 160 lbs! After 15 yrs of being over weight, I can finally say that I am at a normal weight and I can't remember when I weighed this little, so I can't be any prouder of that fact!I found myself again and that feeling can never be replaced!
