I am 4 months post-op and must say it has definantly been a "life changing experiance." About 4 weeks after surgery I wandered out and a "friend" 
commented on how well and good I looked,  although, I did take the "easy method" for my weight loss. I know exactly what you are thinking as you read this. I exploded, had my say and walked away. I must say that this has been the hardest task that I have ever undertaken. At 46 I have taken on many task, I have failed at some, succeded at some.  I have shed almost 60 pounds in the 4 months since surgery, I am proud of my weight loss however, It has been difficult and although the days have gotten easier it still remains a difficult task. A task that I will succeed at as I know you will too.
