My name is Chrissy. I am currently in the 4th month of the 6 month diet. I hope to be finish in December and get an approval! I have been struggling with my weight for most of my adult life. I am ready to start my life over after this surgery. I am only 33 years old and I have 2 girls I need to be healthy for. I will keep everyone posted about my progress. So far I am working on cutting out soda whick i think is the hardest for me. I am also trying to focus on eating 3-4 small meals a day with no snacking..Any input you can offer me would be great!
