so.....i think i need to make a change. That is my eating habbits. i think i know ive been eating a lil to much carbs. I have carbs throughout the day and i know it's bad for me.  So from here on out i'm gonna make a change. and that is to stop eating carbs....stick to my protein shakes.  Eat my protein and greens. and i hope that, that will make a change. So i think by writing this to u guys today will help me set my goal.
