I wanted to wish you well with your upcoming surgery. I hope that all goes well and that you are up and out and about real soon. I'll bet you are are doing a happy dance accompanied by a bundle of unwanted "NERVES", but don't worry be HAPPY! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Good Luck!

Terra.... WOO HOO!!!! I know you are so excited to finally have a date. Soon you will be on the melting side....but this is not the beginning of your journey. You began the journey when you made the decision to have WLS. At the point you began taking charge of your life...and in taking charge...in the months to come you will be greatly rewarded. If you have surgery at Kaiser Sunnyside let me know and I would be glad to drop in and see you. If you can get to any of the support groups here in Portland those are alway helpful as well. If there is anything I can do....or any questions I can answer let me know. You are in my thoughts and prayers...this day has been a long time coming...and you are nearly there. You will do Great!!!
