I am worried about the 5k mud run I am signed up for on 3/31. I don't think I have enough upper body strength for this. I have been lifting weights since the day my doctor gave me the okay, but I don't think I am gaining anything. I saw that there were programs to build up to 100 push ups, etc. but they are 7 week programs, I got 2.
If I could push all the exersize into a two week period I would so be able to do it....but I have never been good at consistency. I am really trying with the c25k program, and have not faltered yet.
I want to be thin and strong NOW.
