hi oh fam i have been losing a lot of weight. I am 4 months out and 95 pounds down I feel so much better i cant wait to get 70 more pounds off.

okay obh fam today is my month and the scale says 338 that makes 47 pounds in a month.

I have lost 20 pounds in four days after surgery and I weighed last night at wal-mart 10 days out and I have lost another 20 pounds. so i guess to double check I will have to go to my 2 week appointment to see. I am feeling so light my sister said i have a lot of fluid but I am feeling lighter already.

My surgery date is July 21, 2010

I I have been approved I am waiting on a date from Dr. Steebs in New Orleans Surgery has been pushed back until March. I hope everthing goes well with Dr. Steebs. I will keep him my prayers.
