salmon for dinner

Had a great day today. Didn't get any overflow in my stomach and had a about 30 g of protein from one shake alone. I had one scrambled egg today for lunch and ate half of it. I had a piece of salmon for dinner I had about 6 tiny chopped up pieces and I was full. I like to try new things and I also had some smashed sweet potato. It felt good to have substance instead of just a yogurt. I am down 14 lbs and I am excited to go back to work Monday !! 

 

I just have to remember to drink throughout the day. I just don't know when enough is enough because I love to drink the crystal light but I'm afraid to over drink but I know they want me at 64 oz a day. Ugh the struggle is real!
