bleeding from incision line

So I had some bleeding from my incision. The main one that is centered, where u bend your body when u sit. That one started bleeding today. I washed it with peroxide and put neosporin on it and covered it with gauze and a big band aid. I got so nervous. The other incisions have all healed nicely. This one had very thin skin and was slowly stabbing. Now, the incision line is looking better but the center of it there's a tiny hole where it is oozing from. It seems to have slowed down but I'm still wondering if anyone else has dealt with this? I'm 3 weeks post op.
