Second Fill

I had my second fill on Wednesday, August 27, 2008. I really notice a sharp decline the amount of food that I can intake. With this fill, I have also notice that I am more conscious as to the amount of food that I consume.
I am truly thankful for Obesity Help. Com forums. Reading the blogs and message board gives me daily inspiration and first hand information on the issues that affects me the most.

My Goal

Despite the enormous amount of negative and positive feedback from family and friends, I have maintained that my goal with WLS is to establish a healthier lifestyle and to eliminate the three co-morbidities that are associated with my obesity. It’s been difficult explaining to nay Sayers, that my overall goal is not to fit in a size 5, 6, 7,8, or 9, but to gain 10, 20, 25+ years on my life to watch my children grow up, do I dare say, even to have the possibility to see my grandchildren one day.
