HMR 800 Shakes

So I started my shakes today. I am on them for the next 13 days. They taste fantastic, and im absolutely loving them. Im doing the vanilla flavored ones for now, and I have 1 box of chocolate that I will try after the vanilla is gone. I have not even added any fruit to them, or any crystal light packages, and I dont think I am going to. They are very sweet though, and Im kind of wanting some salty taste, so I think I may have some broth. Only 16 more days til my surgery, and believe me I am counting down the days. I will do my best to keep everyone updated on my progress. I will post on the 6th to let you all know how much weight I lost on my liquid diet. For now I hope you all have a great week!*Courtney*
