1 month check up

Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you know that my 1 month check up went very well. I have lost a total of 42 lbs. since my first visit with my surgeon where I weighed in at 289 lbs. I am doing fantastic and now have another vitamin called Citrate 600 Thta is to be taken for the rest of my life with my flinstones and V itamin D... Yaaaayyyy. Im super excited Im losing weight as im supposed to and doing everything right (AS YOU ALL SHOULD) Im learned to measure my food... I got a spoon that equals exactly 1 tbsp. and Im supposed to be eating 1-2 tbsp. so its PERFECT!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!
