Hi Friends =)I went and did my weigh in today at my PCP'S Office to see how much weight I lost on the liquid diet. I weiged 289 at Dr. Bakers office when I went in for the consult, and after 2 weeks on the HMR SHakes, I have lost 12 pounds. Its not a bad weight, but I would of liked to do better. But hey, I will have my time for weight loss soon... I am getting excited, and the nerves are starting to kick in. I will have my laptop with me at the hospital, so I will keep you all updated on how things go on my hospital stay. If you can, e-mail me at [email protected] I would love to hear from you all...
