Sharon Hi~~~it was GREAT to meet you in NYC-I can see now why you are so loved here at AMOS! We really had a great time with everyone. I hope that we can make this a yearly event with more people! It was magic to see the little picture boxes come alive, as each person showed up. Stay happy and healthy!

Sharon - How are ya kid? This is Dana. I haven't heard from you for a while. I hope everything is going well for you. I want to thank you for being the first person on Obesity Help that welcomed me with open arms when I joined all those months ago and you. You are a very special person and I thought you should know that. I am down to 283 pounds now, not too bad since I started out at 365 on 3/31/2003. I am stuck on a plateau right now but I am increasing my protein so hopefully it will start moving again. I wish I could join all of you in New York, but maybe another time.
