I am getting more comfortable in my own skin. Its a wierd feeling as I have felt so disconnected from it for so long. I am down 9 lbs for this month and 2.5 inches. I am still very commited to my workouts 5 days a week and yesterday I went to my 1st yoga class. I am very proud of the acomplishments that the exercise is giving my body. I am so glad I did this for myself. I am down now 74 lb since surgery.... WOW

Another month gone already. Well so far so good. I feel better all the time. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I am really proud of myself for going. I have lost 9 lbs this month. and am down another 8 inches. I bought a pair of size 14 pants. I still cant believe the tag says 14. I have never worn a 14. WOW. I still have had no problems with any food. I feel great and I have so much more energy.  

Well I went to my 3 month post op today. I am down 56.5 lbs since surgery and down 36 inches total. This last month has been good. I feel more like a "normal" person. I have not been sick at all. Have not thrown up or felt sick. I have no problems with any food I have tried. So we will see if any of this changes over the next few months. I am in a size 20 from a 26/28. Its has been a real journey so far. I am so glad I did this for myself.

Well today 2 months and 41 pounds are gone since my surgery. I have lost a total of 20.25 inches so far. I am very excited, I have only 10 more pounds untill I have lost 100 pound from my heaviest weight.  I went through a stall for about 3 weeks. I lost no weight but then all of a sudden I lost again. Things are goin well. I have alot more hope for the future.

I went to my 1 month post op appt. today. I have lost 28.5 pounds so far. I am so happy and proud of myself. I am down 12.5 inches. Dr. says I am doing well. I am also getting to add more foods to my diet so I will get some Thanksgiving after all.   

Well I am home from my operation. All is well so far except for a little soarness I feel pretty good. I have waited so long for this it seems like a dream that its done. Know I just need to focus on getting in all my liquids. I am suprised at how hard that seems to be at first. Well I am gonna go take it easy.
