So far it has been one crazy road for me.Last night was my worst, I just broke down and cried.I felt like I was doing well , until the doctors office called and checked on me and then told me i need to do more , so when I tried I felt awful, my stomach ached I felt like there was something in the pit of my throat. I didn't dump but it sure felt like I was going too.
I feel better today so far, I went to The Daily Plate.com to keep better track of my food intake and that way I know what I can do.
