WHEN IS IT A GOOD TIME TO GO BACK TO THE GYM? WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO WORK OUT AND FIRM YOUR SKIN. THE LAST THING I WANT IS TO HAVE TO GO UNDER THE NIFE AGAIN...

looking for new ideas as to what to eat .. also.. what are the serving sizes.. One of the nurses told me to stick to 2oz at every meal time... is this right?
