Hi Everyone,
So today marks my 5 month post-op anniversary. Can you believe it? 5 months already. It seems just like yesterday I was waiting on my stretcher to be wheeled into surgery with my nice gown on. LOL Anyways, due to popular demand, here are my updated pics and stats as of last night! Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement by everyone. I really appreciate all your support and I couldn't have done it without each and every one of you! 

Stats from Before to Now
Weight from 406.6 to 288.6
Abdomen went from a size 65" to a size 50.5"
Waist (Pant Size) went from a size 52 to 40
Arm went from a size 19.75" to a size 16.5"
Chest went from a size 57.5" to a size 48"
Thigh went from a size 33.5" to a size 29"
Calf went from a size 21" to a size 19"
Neck went from a size 20.5" to a size 17.25"

So I'm a couple of days off but last Sunday was my 1 month post-op surgeversary.
I can't believe it's already been a month. Here are a couple of pictures from the beginning of my liquid diet to where I am now.

Chest went from a size 57.5" to a size 52"

Hi guys,
Here is my first month post-diet results a little late. I was only able to take my measurements and pictures on the 23rd so I am 3 days late. I have lost 23.2 pounds since the start which really makes me happy. I wasn't expecting to lose much more than 10 pounds so killing it really makes me smile. Here's to another awesome month and hopefully I can hit my mini-goal of 375 pounds by Xmas.

Hey guys,
Here is my last attempt to lose weight before surgery. I'm scared shitless at the fact of having to do 4 weeks of shakes only so my goal is to lose enough weight to fall in the 40-50 BMI range that will get me to do only 2 weeks of shakes instead of 4. Currently I am not too sure what I weigh but my guess is close to 415 or so. At 6'1", to have an unhealthy BMI of 49.9 and ensure that I only do 2 weeks of optifast, I need to weigh 378 pounds that means I must lose roughly 37 pounds by the time they decide to call me for my surgery. I know it's a little much but it's worth me giving it a go. As of today, I have a started a low-carb diet that will include a High-Protein Shake (Yeah I finally bought some) with a Banana for breakfast, a Subway salad (chicken or tuna) for lunch and a healthy home-made supper per day. 3 times a week I'd like to do cardio at our little gym here at work and I'd like to start doing the ab-ripper-X routine from the P90x training vids at least 3 times a week as well. So tonight I will try to get my girlfriend to take my first official "BEFORE" pictures as a refrence point to never go back to. I'd like to thank all of you for your constant support in everything I do and I can't wait to join most of you guys on the loser side of things.
