Before - 1 Month Post-Diet - November 23rd, 2010

Hi guys,
Here is my first month post-diet results a little late. I was only able to take my measurements and pictures on the 23rd so I am 3 days late. I have lost 23.2 pounds since the start which really makes me happy. I wasn't expecting to lose much more than 10 pounds so killing it really makes me smile. Here's to another awesome month and hopefully I can hit my mini-goal of 375 pounds by Xmas.

Waist:      62" (3 inches lost)
Arms:       19 3/4" (No Change)
Thigh:       32 1/2" (1 inch lost)
Calf:          21" (No Change)
