Well my scale hasn't budged in ages but I am down another size so I'm encouraged by that.I honestly think this heat has something to do with it. Everyone I talk to who has had a procedure around the same time as me is in the same boat. I wonder if it has to do with ours bodies trying to hold on to moisture or something? I don't know, but it's not Budging for me or some others I know...
I would be totally upset if I wasn't able to get into 14's today, that offsets the scale thing for me. :)
