I DON'T EVEN WANNA TALK ABOUT IT. I AM VERY SHAMED OF MYSELF........SHOULD FOUGHT MY URGES HARDER BUT, IT SEEMS SOMETIMES THAT MY URGES GET STRONGER AND LOUDER. TO THE POINT THAT I GIVE TO HUSH THEM.

at 12:00am I had some zaltine crackers
at about 9:00am I had two pieces with I can't believe it's not butter
at about 3:00pm I had a chicken pattie sandwich from a microwave meal
at about 6:00pm we had papa jonh's pizza for dinner...I ate three pieces
at about 8:00pm I had a apple sauce cup and two small porkrines
I was proud of my self last night after 12 a managed to keep myself from going into our kitchen and I am going to try and do the same tonight

I think I did fairly good today
at about 2:00am I had a bite sized snickers bar
at about 5:30am I had to take a few bites of leftover scalloped potatoes so I could take pain pill for my arthritis
at 1:35pm I had a microwave dinner. I ate the mashed potatoes that were in it first then I took the meet patty in and made a sandwich out of it.
about 4:00pm I had some fat free zaltine crackers
at about 7:30pm I had a small microwave pizza that my mom maid in the conventional oven and carn and broccoli.
at abou 9:30pm I had a small cup of apple sauce.

At 10:30am I a microwave dinner. It had mash potatoes, beef patty, and mixed veggies
at about maybe 3:30pm I had some ritz crackers
at 5:30pm I had dinner. BBQ ribs (small), scallaped potatoes, and corn
After that I has some of my sisters trick or treat candy. I big Kit kat bar, and three small ones and a snoke some whoppers (chocolate candy things), while passing candy out tonight and snook a few bites of leftover scalloped potatoes.
I feel shame......I cant seem to break this damn food had had over me my whole freakin life

When I get u around 10:00pm I had a microwave lunch. I only ate the mashed potatoes and beef patty that was in it.
Around 12:35pm I had a hostess snack cake
At 6:00pm I had a cinnibun
at 7:00pm I ate dinner I had 2 pieces of home made meatloaf.........I can do better but, considering what I usual eat this is an improvement.
